Lead Based Paint Dangers
If your home, or the home you are looking to buy, was built before 1978, you could be dealing with lead based paint issues. As part of the purchase process you will be given a lead based paint addendum to review and sign. Recently the EPA launched a new website addressing the issues of lead in older homes and the dangers to young children. The site can be found at www.leadfreekids.org
